One of the best places to live! 2 years of stay with guild falls was amazing, the place is calm and beautiful with highly responsive management for any issues. Did not see or face any problems during my stay here. Only reason for moving out was for us to get a bigger place, would have definitely renewed the lease if that was not the case.

I have been a resident of Guild Falls for 18 months and can truly say it is a pleasure to live here! The townhomes are spacious and beautifully designed, wiht fenced in back yards. Most back up to a sparkling lake or trees that provide privacy. The residents are so friendly and many are out daily enjoying the weather. There are sidewalks and a playground for the kids and a dog park as well which is so nice to have on site for the fur babies to run around and play. Jason provides maintenance in the community and takes care of everything so quickly and efficiently! Suzie in the leasing office is very sweet and responsive to the residents' questions and needs. They really go above and beyond! I'm so thankful I chose Guild Falls as my home and would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been living at Guild Falls for 2 months, and it’s a great place to live. The townhomes are well-designed and well built. The office manager is very friendly and responsive, and the maintenance manager is doing a great job. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are relocating from Ohio and we viewed a few of the units here and we absolutely loved them. They are brand new, everything is beautifully done, spacious and the layouts are great. I fell in love with the condo right out the kitchen door is a pond. The view and the vibes is just amazing. The neighborhood is lovely we also talked to a few of the neighbors and they were nice and welcoming. We can definitely see ourselves living here.
