At Guild Falls, pet-friendly living feels easy from the first morning walk to the last lap before bed. Dogs and cats are welcome here, with a pet play area for fresh-air breaks, walking/biking trails for daily movement, and open outdoor spaces near the pond, picnic area, and grills.

How many, how big, which breeds, and who to ask.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.

Are there breed restrictions?

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet; no more than two pets without written approval.
